Meh. I am ill. Tis rather horrid. I seem to be getting MORE ill atm, rather than better, too, alas. But I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow, so that is alright.

winniewoo and tinnidawg, thanks for your comments before, twas much appreciated :) Sorry I didn't reply, have been ill most of the weekend and so avoiding the net :( For some reason, staring at computer screens really makes me feel weird if I'm already under the weather! Anyways, when I feel a bit better I plan to start going swimming to get some proper exercise in - you were right about the cardio stuff, I really do need to do some!!
