Boredom. Oh yes.

Gah. I am attempting to pass the time waiting for Trev to return by playing the Sims. Unfortunately, the Sims does not want to comply. Apparently it doesn't like laptops. Ah well, I shall give a general update on the strangeness that has been my day instead. I had an exam at 10 this morning. It was supposed to take two hours but took me 50 minutes, suggesting that a) all the people who took the full length of time to do it are extremely slow morons, b) I missed a question or c) I generally can't give a crap. I'm fairly sure b) is incorrect.... Afterwards I journeyed via a posh coffee shop by St James's Park tube to the Strand, to get my essay back for medieval. B+ (that's a 2:1) which is the lowest mark I've had so far and still fairly good considering I couldn't find any secondary sources and didn't have a clue what I was writing anyway. Yay for being a first year. At that point, I decided to wander along the Strand to see what I could see in the shops. I bought some stuff in Boots, then cut across to Covent Garden, where I peered in a few doorways. I wandered up through Soho looking for a few things, and found myself at Piccadilly. A while later I found myself eating ice cream close to Baker Street, on Oxford Street. Turned out to be quite a long walk! Ah well, am quite impressed that I walked half the way home, even if there was no way I was then going to walk all the way up Finchley Road... it was bloody hot! Then I came back and spent all afternoon pampering myself and playing the Sims... and now I am waiting for Trev. Bored now. Hopefully we can go to Wetherspoon's or something... if he's not too tired... I need to do SOMETHING to alleviate the boredom!!!

Let's try the Sims again... if not, I'm going to make icons. Yes.
