Good news? Pray tell...
Jan. 7th, 2007 12:34 amWhat news? Hmm.
Well, first of all, I am 20 on Monday. 20! 20. I may have to practise at this.... 'Hello, I'm Anna. I'm 20.' Gah! How... disturbing.
Secondly, money from said birthday (from my mother in advance, because I couldn't find anything when we went present shopping together) means I have a shiny new dress from Monsoon (£48 reduced from £160! Bargain!) and I still have 47 quid left. So I am going shopping tomorrow. Hurrah!
Thirdly, it is only the 6th day of the month and I am already doing well on the New Year's Resolutions front. (See previous post). Now I just have to make sure I charge my camera so I can take purdy photographs of London whilst I'm out tomorrow. If I'm going to brave Covent Garden at the weekend I might as well make the most of it!
Also, Trev is finally coming back to London tomorrow. Yay! So I can wake up with him on my birthday, even if I'm not going to see much of him til Friday, because he has exams. Pooey.
And finally, I have my student loan! All is right with the world! Now I just have to work out how much I'm going to earn this term, how much pay I'm getting from last term, and how much I need to set aside for books/singing lessons/haircuts etc, and I'm sorrrted (with a west country/chav accent.... don't ask)
