First of all, thank you so much for offering to write one of these amazing pairings! I love each and every one of them, so whichever you end up writing, I absolutely can't wait to read your story.
I'm not the most active person in any fandom, so I've put together a few notes in general and on each fandom to help you get some ideas, which I hope is useful to you :D My AO3 name, for reference, is also mk_tortie.
I've given a couple of specific prompts for each pairing, but anything that matches my general likes would be fantastic for any of them!
Finally, I am requesting Fic for all three fandoms, but I am open to art treats if any of my prompts spark your imagination!
In General
A few of my favourite things to see in fic:
- I love fics that are plot-driven and that add new things to existing canon, especially case-fic, fics that take place before or after the canon events, or ‘what if?’ canon diversion AUs (especially fix-its for deaths or break-ups!)
- I’m a sucker for time travel and time loop fics, especially in an h/c or fix-it context - I love the angst and tension that arises from a character meeting people they know and love but who don’t recognize them, or by characters trying desperately to avoid a particular future for their friends/loved ones.
- Hurt/comfort is one of my favourite tropes, in a few different flavours. For example, characters having to fight through illness or ailments to come out on top, even when it seems hopeless; a stronger/leader character ignoring pain or struggling on for too long before finally being forced to accept help from friends; characters suffering under secret knowledge about a situation/someone else, and trying to protect their friends while keeping the secret; characters believing a friend/loved one is dead, only to finally find out they’re not. I tend to like a heavier focus on hurt than comfort (although 50/50 is also fine), and the hurt can be emotional or physical or both.
- happy/hopeful endings
There are some things I wouldn't really want:
- surprise!ships (i.e. non-canon ships in a story with no justification, explanation or background - non-canon ships are generally fine if they have some exposition or explanation though!)
- fluff!fic (ie, a little fluff is fine, especially in a happy ending, but if the fic is fluff throughout with no darker elements I would be a little disappointed!)
- sex scenes/porn as a major focus in the story (long sex scenes are just not my cup of tea), PWPs
- crossovers (except between Persona 3, 4, and 5)
- gender-bending and/or gender identity as a focus (except when it's canon)
- total AUs (eg hipster AU, high school AU, coffee shop AU...)
- any character bashing
- regional accents written out phonetically
- any kind of plot revolving around miscommunications and awkwardness - this gives me major second-hand embarrassment
Things I'm ambivalent about: holiday stories - I'm not against these, but I'm not interested in fluff with no plot, so a holiday story would have to be a story-taking-place-on-a-holiday rather than just characters doing happy holiday things for the sake of it!

Prompts:
Shinjiro/Minako/Akihiko:
- any kind of angst with a happy ending around Shinjiro's Situation - maybe a fix-it to avoid his death? Time travel or a time loop? Minako and Akihiko won't let him go alone? Give me their happy ending!
- Akihiko and Shinjiro decide that life's not worth it without Minako, and find a way to save her from being the Seal (without dooming humanity)... or a snippet from that story
- getting together fic: the three of them get trapped in Tartarus, and one thing leads to another...
Shinjiro/Mitsuru/Akihiko:
- any kind of five things/series of drabbles where we see their relationship develop from their childhood to where we see them in the game
- bonding over dealing with Minako (affectionately, haha)
- emotional h/c over bad childhood memories - maybe it's late at night in the dorm and none of them can sleep?
Prompts that fit either ship:
- h/c - what if one of them gets injured in Tartarus, tries not to let it show (let's face it, none of them are going to want to let on...) but eventually has to give in and rely on the others for help, potentially leading to a revelation of feelings
- saving each other from peril!
- combine the pairings for OT4 fic!
Fandom-specific things I would love: gameplay elements (such as social link level ups or the battle system) incorporated into the story somehow; walk-on appearances from Koromaru and Yukari; references to Persona 4 or 5
Fandom-specific things I wouldn't enjoy so much: heavy focus on Ken/Ken's feelings about Shinjiro

Geralt/Jaskier:
- any combination of Geralt, Jaskier, and Roach, having adventures - or being on the road in between them! I love the banter between Geralt (pretending he's annoyed) and Jaskier (knows Geralt loves it). Also, I love the way talking to Roach basically becomes their way of breaking the fourth wall.
- the first season doesn't leave the relationship between Geralt and Jaskier in a great place, so a fix-it/making up would be great, either as friends or with feelings
- h/c - one of them (not Roach, please!) is injured, and the other has to come to the rescue/tend to the injury
- Jaskier making up increasingly ridiculous verses to 'Toss a Coin to your Witcher', and then the things he sings about keep happening
Ciri & Geralt:
- that reunion at the end of the season <33! So now what? Do they go to Kaer Morhen? Does Ciri really trust Geralt? Does Geralt have any idea what to do with her now he's found her? Feel free to bring in Yennefer or Triss or Jaskier as well, if you'd like!
Renfri/Yennefer:
- I saw this in the tagset and realised I never knew I needed to read it! Renfri lives, and Yennefer and her use each other for their own purposes - but ultimately can't keep their hands off each other either. Feel free to go really dark if you'd like, and also this is one exception to my fade-to-black DNW...
Triss/Yennefer:
- post-Sodden Hill, it's not clear if Triss lives, or where Yennefer is - maybe they both end up in a between-place, somewhere between death and life, and have to convince each other to live? Maybe Yennefer saves Triss' life, or the other way around? Maybe they both end up recovering somewhere, and help each other.
- Triss wasn't at Aretuza with Yennefer, so how did they meet?
I've read all the books, so feel free to bring in elements of book canon if you'd like - or ignore it completely! (Same goes for game canon, for that matter)
Fandom-specific things I would love: all the biting wit, hilarious banter, affectionate (and less affectionate) bickering, and Jaskier grandstanding!
Fandom-specific things I wouldn't enjoy so much: Ciri/anyone, character deaths

Either getting together fic or plot with Regis/Geralt as a pre-existing relationship would be great!
- Geralt needs some advice, and Regis is never afraid to give it to him straight
- Monster-of-the-week - Geralt helps Regis out or vice-versa, and feelings happen
- Regis is in trouble, and Geralt comes out of retirement to help him
- Geralt is injured, and Regis helps him out (or the other way around!)
Ciri & Geralt:
If you're setting your story post-Witcher 3, I'd prefer Ciri to have the Witcher ending, rather than the imperial one!
- Geralt and Ciri go on the road and get caught up in another intrigue or someone else’s plot, and have to fight/scheme their way out - bonus points for affectionate bickering as they work out how to work together as partners
- Geralt and Ciri get caught up in more intrigue in Toussaint and have to figure out a solution together.
- Geralt is training Ciri, but she ends up teaching him something too (pre- or post-game)
I've read all the books too, so feel free to add in elements from book canon too!
Fandom-specific things I would love: appearances from other characters from the game and its expansions, places from the game mentioned with identifiable details (so locations of buildings in Novigrad, for example), background Geralt/Yennefer (unless you’re explicitly shipping him with someone else)
Fandom-specific things I wouldn't enjoy so much: Relationship drama between Geralt and Yennefer due to him sleeping with someone else (after reading the books I’m fairly done with this as a plot point!), Geralt/Ciri, Ciri/anyone, Geralt/more than one person in the same story.
