Pissed off good and proper now

Final proof that the woman who organises our grants hates me... I sent the forms in London, first class, on Monday (well, Trev sent them for me), and I know a couple of people who sent them from Berlin on the same day, and another person who handed them in in person on Monday. Everybody else has had an email saying 'Congrats, fill in your bank details here and you'll get the grant in five days', or words to that effect. Guess what I've had? Nothing. And I've tried calling to see if she actually received the forms or not, but she's not answering her phone....

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH.

Damn, that really sucks. That lady better start answering the phone and her mail, stat! Is there any way you could complain about her to the university administration, that is, her bosses?

Well, I still couldn't get through to her today, so I called the number for the office she works in rather than her specific extension. Apparently she's off sick today, but should be back tomorrow, so I'll cut her some slack for now... Am actually really glad I did call though because not only did I get through to someone both polite AND helpful, he looked up my record on the system and told me my payment should happen tomorrow, so long as she's back in to authorise it. So fingers crossed, I should have money again by next Tuesday....

I'm still planning about a whole load of things when I get a chance to though, because compared to a lot of other people who are here as Erasmus students, we've been given no information and basically abandoned out here.
