So, I liked this episode. I was beginning to worry that the tension between the Doctor and Rory was getting too close to Nine and Ten's tension with anyone Rose fancied, and by about two thirds of the way through I thought my suspicions had been confirmed and it began to irritate me a bit, but actually the ending fixed all that. I like the fact that Amy chose Rory. To be honest, I thought that was her choice all along - it was clear when she jumped the Doctor that she wasn't looking to leave Rory altogether for him - and it seemed to me that the end of this episode that the tension would be diffused somewhat by the fact that Amy has made it clear what and who she wants. I still like the tension created by Rory's concerns over the danger the Doctor puts her in, I'm just hoping that the romantic rivals atmosphere will end now! I think that's been done to death in the previous series.

Extra factoid - I realised which village they're using to film Leadworth: it's a place called Skenfrith in Monmouthshire. I know this because my aunt used to live there and as soon as I saw the castle I recognised it. I spent a fair amount of time playing with my cousins in that castle! The castle even has a website with pictures, go see for yourself!

Edited, because I seriously screwed up all the formatting... HTML fail...
