I really should start using actual words rather than making noises... oh well.
Have work today, which is... well, not good, cos I am not exactly hungover, but not exactly not. Let's just say that last night I was having problems working out if the drink I was drinking was tea or coffee... well, I was trying to finish a Baileys and a Becks at the same time... I think it was coffee!!!
Gah, anyway, the word-learning situation WILL be rectified by this evening, I hope. I'm going to try to get off early so I can come home and cram french vocab and singing words into my brain. Hopefully I won't get them confused. Also hopefully Pam will say my programme notes are OK, otherwise I am scuh-reeeewwwwed.
I suspect I will survive today by imbibing great quantities of coffee. Hopefully my food-recognition-skills will be working again. Otherwise I may have problems giving people the right order. Oh, I hope it's not busy! I really, really do. Aagh. Never again am I getting drunk this close to a) work and b) not one, but two exams. I really am a fool.
At least I think I managed to avoid making an UTTER fool of myself. I talked a lot. But I don't think I said anything hideously stupid. And I did actually manage to speak in coherent German to Rose's German exchange. Heh. I do like speaking auf Deutsch. But I must forget all about German until tomorrow is over, or we will have another 'German words morphing into French and being spoken by Anna in the middle of A level oral exam' fiasco. Doing it in the mock was bad enough.... lasser. Hmph.
