My Tea Is Cold
May. 1st, 2005 10:43 amYup. My tea is cold. Ew. Bizarrely, that has given me a strange sense of deja vu, since www.geocities.com/myteaiscold is also the name of the website I created a couple of years back which has since turned into a holding page for all the websites I have never finished (ie, all but one - and the only one I did finish is actually for Senior Section, so not a personal website at all). Heh. Happy days of post-GCSE pointless website creation. The fun.
I am so knackered this morning. GSA started again yesterday so I had to get up at 8 and drive to Guildford, dance/act/sing until 4.30 and then drive home again, and then race around like a headless chicken trying to be ready for going out again at 6, when I had to go do barwork at my neighbour's wedding. And then I got in at 12, having stood up for 6 hours. 6 HOURS!!! Oh well, I did get free chips. And going back to GSA was fun cos I got to see everyone again. And I bought some ver very good straighteners for £50 towards which Lisb contributed £20, so we will share them for now and then I will pay her back when I go to uni and she can buy her own. :) Happy happy.
Grr, I have to go to work again in a few minutes and stand up some MORE and I am aching all over from yesterday so this is going to be PAINFUL. And yes, the capitals are justified, believe me. Gah, that is the problem with going back to dancing. It hurts when I haven't done any for so long. On the other hand, jazz was better than I thought it was going to be and I am slightly surprised that I seem to have improved over the long long gap that was Easter rather than got worse, because I looked slightly less giraffe-like than usual. Myabe there is hope. It would be nice to leave after this term and feel I had actually got somewhere in the 3 years I've been there, anyway. This is my last show! *sob* But I spect I will find something fun to do at uni. I bloody well hope so, anyway....
Gah, have been around my neighbours too much... the poshness is rubbing off on me.
later... after work...
It makes more sense to post this in the same entry than create a new one. Just wanted to say I was right. It is bloody painful. I ache more than I have ever ached in.. well, the last few months, anyway. And since I've sat down I think my legs have seized up... not good.
